Self-Healing Journal
On the first of each month you will receive exclusive musings, insights and lessons on yoga, Ayurveda and/or Emotional Regulation Practices.
This will introduce our self-healing theme for the month. Anything from Self-Compassion to Eating Ayurvedically to Ancestral Healing rituals. These self-healing techniques are inspired by my yoga, Ayurveda Health Coaching, and Somatic Healing practices.
The monthly theme is mindfully chosen to support your daily and seasonal mind-body rhythms.
Your Self-Healing Journal + Workbook will be approximately 10-15 pages and include exercises, journal prompts, rituals, and/or coloring pages to explore what each theme means to you and how it can help you take your healing into your own hands.
Yoga + Meditation
Yoga is the path to your innermost self that requires a healthy body-mind. Informed by the philosophy, art, and science of yoga as well as the precision of anatomy my group classes are an empowering flow yoga that focus on alignment and breath to reconnect with your own inherent wisdom and power.
This library contains over 50 yoga classes including Basics for beginners, heartfelt soul-led flow classes, deep stretch hatha and blended Vinyasa + Kundalini classes for advanced practitioners. Also includes massage therapy ball workshops! New yoga classes will be added every week.
Guided meditations are for new and advanced practitioners to calm your mind and cultivate a deeper relationship with your heart.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the living science of yoga that heals both body and mind. Developed alongside yoga, Ayurveda sees you as a unique and whole being. It's ancient wisdom supports our wellbeing and optimizes our experience of living in our body. We never really learned how to have a body. Ayurveda teaches us how to becomes more aware of how our body, heart, and mind are operating and functioning. It allows us to tune into how we are effected by the world around us--the seasons, time of day, month, and chapter of life.
With the Kindred Heart Membership you will receive an easily accessible Ayurvedic healing recipe, habit or practice along with a quick "How To" video to start integrating these ancient practices into your daily rituals and routines.

A healing journey has many ebbs and flows. And though each one of us has to discover our own unique path, we are not meant to go it alone.
Humans are designed to heal in relationship. Our nervous system needs other humans to regulate our heartbeat, breath, even our mind rhythms.
Once a month we will come together to support and share our soul-led path.

Welcome! I'm Glenna
I spent most of my life with undiagnosed PTSD along with an autoimmune disorder.
This left me feeling sick and disconnected...like there was something wrong with me. As if I just didn't belong.
Then I found yoga.
The first time I felt like I belonged was within my yoga community. It was there I found a mentor and a community of (mostly) women that unearthed a profound healing journey for me.
They created a space where I could share my fears, struggles, and face the darkest parts of my past. Women need other women to support them through the fear that accompanies change and growth.
It's actually COMMUNITY that helps us become who we have always been.
